Method of Payment

When you order by credit card, our checkout page uses the highest industry standards for security using an 128bit ssl encryption certificate by RapidSSL. We process your credit card information securely using Authorize.Net. We do NOT store this data. Once your order is passed to Authorize.Net, your credit card data is immediately destroyed.

When you order by Paypal, you will be taken to the PayPal site to pay by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or eCheck. This is a fully secured site using the highest industry standards for financial transactions and data storage. You will need to open a PayPal account to pay, but this is free, and it doesn't take any longer than an ordinary online credit card payment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you check out through Paypal, B.Swanky will receive the full order details by e-mail from PayPal, you will also receive the payment confirmation by e-mail directly from PayPal.

Technical note: Paypal uses browser "cookies" to hold the contents of the cart. Cookies can be disabled (intentionally or accidentally) in a browser. If your shopping cart is not working, please check your browser setting. These cookies do not contain any personal information and can only be sent to the same domain that originally set them.

Shipping Policy

Most orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, orders ship the following business day unless otherwise noted on product information page. Shipping is FREE if your single order totals more than $100. Order tracking numbers will be provided when possible. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. For overseas orders, please contact customer support for shipping rates.

Return Policy

B. Swanky's Easy Return Policy Satisfaction is guaranteed for every purchase excluding items personalized and items on clearance (30% off or greater). You may return any non-personalized and non-clearance item for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a FULL refund of the purchase price less shipping charge. All tags and packaging much remain intact.
