Swanky and are made specifically to coordinate with our selection of birthday hats. Should you choose to purchase an outfit and hat, you have the perfect birthday ensemble! Fabric is heavy weight pre-shrunk cotton. Embroidery for personalization will be the color red unless otherwise specified.
